I like cooking recently, cooking after a meal is a cheap option to get high protein food, while keeping the cost low and the taste delicious. Last typhoon, I found that the groceries store that I usually went to is empty.

The only thing I saw was just a box of chicken thighs.

I froze it, and I know that you gotta cook it in low heat, by low heat, i mean SUPPERR low heat for an amount of time.

Apparently, it was not enough, you gotta be patient, like super patient, it’s ok because chicken thighs is really hard to overcook inside, because its so oily and wet, dont worry. So cook it slowly next time, and dont forget to unfreeze your chicken, or maybe just boil it instead ….
