“Money doesn’t make a difference” - I’ve been rich & poor. Money makes a HUGE difference. Absolutely HUGE. It provides so much freedom & sense of safety, gets rid of anxiety pretty much completely, also gives u the blessing of time & choices & opportunities. Let’s u socialise & afford to go out for dinner or drinks, and gives u enough stability to not feel so afraid or worried about homelessness, which let’s u relax , smile genuinely (instead of having to fake it), and therefore ability to form friendships. You also get more respect from family friends & people. People listen more & take more interest in you. Plus you have time and money to eat right and exercise, so it buys health. It’s a HUGE difference. If she thinks it isn’t then she hasn’t been truly poor.
